A Life of Learning, Growth, and Transformation

Born and raised in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Svetlana Kupina has always been deeply connected to teaching, service, and personal growth.

📌 Early Career:
✔ Trained as an educator and worked for five years in a kindergarten.
✔ Also studied and worked as a hairdresser and retail specialist.

📌 Education & Career:
✔ Earned a degree in economics from the Engineering and Pedagogical Academy at age 45.
✔ Worked 15 years as a supermarket manager before the war.

But her true transformation began at age 50—when she discovered Kundalini Yoga.

 

A New Path: From Student to Teacher

Her first Kundalini Yoga class was life-changing.

💡 She immediately enrolled in a teacher training program—studying online with the School of Kundalini Yoga.
💡 After completing her training, she continued her studies in yogic numerology.

“Teaching yoga to children was my dream. I never imagined it would come true in the middle of a war.”

 

Bringing Yoga to the Next Generation

🇺🇦 During the war, she found a new purpose:

📌 She returned to working with children, becoming a kindergarten teacher in a private school.
📌 Now, she teaches yoga to many children—and it brings her deep happiness.
