A Journey Through Yoga: From Hatha to Kundalini
🕉️ Practicing yoga for over 7 years, Inga first explored self-discovery through Hatha yoga.
💡 “I was amazed by what my body could do and how asanas directly affected the mind and emotional state.”
🔹 Yoga made her feel strong, healthy, and energized.
🔹 Seeing how yoga transformed others, she felt called to become a teacher.
But she always sensed that yoga was more than just movement and breath.
One day, she took her first Kundalini yoga class—and everything changed.
“At first, it was unfamiliar, strange, and unclear… but the feeling afterward was beyond anything I had ever experienced. I felt light, happy, and completely filled with love and energy. I knew I had found what I was searching for.”

Surviving the Unimaginable: A Missile Strike on Her Home
🚨 War came directly to Inga’s doorstep.
One night, while she and her young daughter were sleeping, a Russian missile struck their apartment building, setting it on fire.
🔥 Trapped with no way out, Inga faced the terrifying reality of navigating through thick smoke, flames, and total darkness.
🚶♀️ Step by step, she and her daughter descended 25 flights of stairs, struggling to breathe, guided only by instinct and sheer willpower.
💡 Her survival was nothing short of a miracle.
Her experience only deepened her commitment to teaching yoga as a tool for resilience, strength, and healing.
Kundalini Yoga: A Life-Changing Practice
📌 Inga deeply immersed herself in Kundalini yoga, studying with teachers and practicing daily.
✔ It helped her overcome fears and phobias.
✔ Her energy increased, and her life began to transform.
✔ She became a certified Kundalini yoga teacher to share this wisdom with others.
💬 “After experiencing the full effect of Kundalini Yoga in my own life, I wanted to help others become happier and healthier. People quickly fell in love with the practice and became disciplined yogis.”
Yoga as a Tool for Healing in War
🇺🇦 Living in Ukraine during wartime, Inga sees yoga as a vital tool for resilience.
“Our main task is to remove stress and fear so that we can continue to grow and live full lives. Kundalini yoga makes this possible.”
💡 She feels grateful to share this teaching and help people navigate uncertainty with strength, peace, and clarity.
🌟 “This is my mission for today.”
