In an incredible and magical opportunity...

Our two Ukrainian Kundalini teachers, Iryna and Anastasiia, will travel almost three days from Ukraine to be with us. Alexandra, our Host, will be teaching alongside the Ukrainians.

We'll put a pause on our routines - and join together to discuss how we can create

a new wave of light, even in the darkest corners of our world.

We will share with them their practices and hear how they are using the yoga to maintain strong mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, while living in a war zone.

If it works in a war zone, imagine how it will help your life!

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

We will be practicing together and building deep community in the magical environment of Koh Phangan.

Along with our yoga, we will be enjoying waterfall hikes, sound baths, beach days, intimate Salon-style conversations, and a fire ceremony.

Koh Phangan is a special vortex paradise where people from all over the world come together to practice yoga, eat consciously, slow down, and enjoy the present moment.

We will co-create a powerful community of light, strengthen ourselves from the inside out, and pioneer together ways to connect with and support all the bright lights who are working to dispel the darkness.

If you are looking at this, chances are you are being called to the table with us!

Our Retreat Center

Wonderland 4.jpg

Wonderland Healing Center

Located on the magical island of Koh Phangan, Thailand,

the Wonderland Healing Center is nestled in a lush, tropical forest surrounded by mountains. Quite simply an oasis of tranquility. If you want to explore, the resort is a short drive away from many tourist attractions, stunning beaches,

waterfalls, temples and restaurants.

Wonderland Review.jpg

"Originally, Wonderland was founded by us, a circle of friends who experienced profound changes in our lives and health after committing to regular yoga programs together.

These changes seeded within us the desire to live a sustainable, community-based life, grounded in the principles of ‘ahimsa’ (do no harm), solidarity and trust. We were inspired to share this experience with others and to create a supportive space for healing, thus, Wonderland Healing Center was born. Since then, our community has organically grown to include people from around the world, brought together by a mutual passion for health, vitality and self-development."

The Ukrainian yogis listed above are very excited and have enthusiastically committed to coming to Thailand with us. Obviously, their participation in the event is dependent and contingent upon the status of the war in Ukraine at the time of their travel. It's an 18-hour train trip from Kyiv to Warsaw... where they will start their journey to Thailand. We must reserve the right to make changes to the teachers as the realities of war may demand.

MEDICAL TRAVEL INSURANCE: All guests must provide proof of purchasing valid travel emergency medical

insurance, including air-evacuation coverage, for your stay at the retreat in Thailand – in the very unlikely event you have a medical emergency.

100% of the proceeds from this event will go to finish post-production on the film, Yogis of Ukraine.

All the Yoga teachers and support staff are donating their time to make this possible.  The film has tremendous power to help spread the word of the amazing work these Ukrainian women are doing working with wounded soldiers on the front-lines.

This retreat is more than a getaway—it’s an invitation to uplift

yourself, while contributing to a greater global healing.

By immersing in yoga, community, and the wisdom of women who have endured and transcended the traumas of war, you’ll return home not only renewed in body and spirit, but also carrying tools for resilience and compassion into your daily life.

To attend is to step into a circle of shared strength and awakening,

where your personal journey becomes part of

a collective force for peace and light in the world.
